OliveBurn Ingredients: The Four Named
The brand names four ingredients. Amounts per serving are on the bottle label, and we do not guess them.
Olive Leaf Extract
Taken from olive tree leaves and used in traditional wellness products. Most research looks at areas other than weight, so the evidence for weight management is limited. It may affect blood pressure and blood sugar, so ask your doctor if you take medication for either.
Oleuropein
The bitter polyphenol that gives olive leaf much of its character. It appears here as part of the olive-based formula.
Green Tea Polyphenols
Catechins from green tea. Studies on green tea and weight show small effects at best. Very high doses of green tea extract have been linked to liver problems, so stay within the label and speak to a professional if you have liver concerns.
L-Carnitine
An amino-acid compound your body makes naturally. Supplement studies show modest effects on weight and it can cause stomach upset in some people.
Why Amounts Matter
Two products can list identical ingredients with very different doses. Check the Supplement Facts panel for amounts, and for any proprietary blend its total weight.
